Tenant isolation
Every customer's documents sit behind row level security. One tenant can never read another tenant's data, even by accident.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Traffic is encrypted with TLS, and stored documents and embeddings are encrypted at rest. Nothing sits in the clear.
How your data is handled
Your documents are never used to train outside models. RetortHQ states when an answer is not in your documents. It never guesses on safety data.
Audit logging
Every query and document access is recorded, so you can see who asked what, and when, across your plant.
Export and erasure
You own your data. Export your documents and answers at any time, or ask us to erase them. We honor both.
