Agreement to terms

By accessing or using RetortHQ, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization.

Use of the service

RetortHQ provides cited answers over documents you upload. You are responsible for the accuracy and the rights to the documents you provide, and for how your team uses the answers it returns.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access data that does not belong to your organization.

Your data

You retain all rights to the documents and data you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, such as processing and storing your documents so we can answer your questions.

No warranty on answers

RetortHQ states when an answer is not in your documents. It never guesses on safety data. Even so, the service is provided as is, and you should verify any answer before relying on it for safety or regulatory decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vantage Pro Analytics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes and contact
